Small-batch coffee, slow-roasted with the mountains in view.
Hollow Creek Coffee Roasters is a family-run roastery and cafe pouring single-origin coffee we roast ourselves, just a few pounds at a time. Come sit on the porch, watch the roaster run, and taste where your coffee is from.
Why Hollow Creek
Roasted with intention, served with care
We roast in small batches so we can taste-test constantly, and we run a cafe so we can put that coffee straight into your hands.
Small-Batch Drum Roasting
Every batch is roasted 15 lbs at a time in our vintage drum roaster, so we can chase the exact profile each lot deserves.
Direct & Transparent Sourcing
We buy from growers and importers we know by name, and post the farm, altitude, and process on every bag.
A Cafe Built for Lingering
Reclaimed-wood tables, a wraparound porch, and a pour-over bar make Hollow Creek a place regulars come to stay awhile.
The Roasting Process
From green bean to cup, we taste every step
Every lot is cupped before we buy it, sample-roasted before we commit to a full batch, and cupped again once it is bagged. It is slower than buying pre-roasted coffee wholesale, but it is the only way we know how to guarantee what is in your bag.
Sourced with relationships
We work with importers who visit the farms we buy from every season.
Roasted in-house, daily
Our roaster runs six days a week so what you buy is never more than a few days old.

What Regulars Say

“The Yirgacheffe changed how I think about coffee. Hollow Creek roasts it light enough that the jasmine actually comes through.”
“We put Hollow Creek beans on our brunch menu two years ago and our coffee sales have never looked back.”
“Booked the cupping class for my team offsite. Everyone left wanting a subscription — including me.”
