Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you are looking for? Send us a message on the contact page and we will get back to you.

Do you offer wholesale accounts for cafes and restaurants?

Yes. We supply a number of cafes, restaurants, and offices around Asheville with roasted-to-order coffee on a weekly or biweekly schedule. Reach out through the contact page with your average weekly volume and we will put together a proposal.

Can I book a private cupping class or roasting tour?

Absolutely. We host small-group cuppings and roasting-room tours on weekday mornings before we open to the public. Sessions run about 60–90 minutes and can be booked for teams, birthdays, or date nights.

Do you ship bagged coffee outside Asheville?

We currently ship within North Carolina and to a handful of neighboring states, with new bags going out the same week they are roasted. Ask at the counter or through our contact form for shipping to your area.

Is the cafe dog-friendly?

Very much so — this is Asheville, after all. Leashed dogs are welcome on our front porch and patio seating. We keep a water bowl out and the occasional dog biscuit behind the counter.

Do you have non-dairy milk and gluten-free options?

Yes. Oat, almond, and coconut milk are all available at no extra charge, and our pastry case includes rotating gluten-free options from local bakeries.

Where do your beans come from?

We currently source single-origin lots from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia, Indonesia, Kenya, Costa Rica, and Rwanda, all purchased through importers who visit the farms directly. Origin, altitude, and process are listed on every bag.

Do you offer a coffee subscription?

A rotating subscription is in the works. In the meantime, ask at the counter about setting up a standing weekly or biweekly order — we will have a bag ready for you on your schedule.

Is there parking near the roastery?

A small gravel lot behind the building has space for about a dozen cars, and there is additional free street parking along Hollow Creek Lane after 9am.
